Batesland / Wakpamni Lake Area
The first project is the Wakpamni Lake / Batesland 2 fixed wireless site. OLT, LLC has leased space on the Batesland 2 tower west of Batesland, SD. This site will serve up to 168 homes and businesses with licensed 2.5 GHz fixed wireless broadband services
OLT, LLC and its partners, are constructing the site for the next three weeks. Testing and configuration of the broadband equipment and delivering the fiber optics to the site will take approximately three weeks. Once construction and the electronics are configured, broadband internet services will be available for an affordable monthly recurring cost to the Wakpamni Lake and Batesland area.
